Before commencement of any project, we kindly request prospective clients to provide comprehensive details pertinent to the desired design work. This information aids us in delivering an optimal outcome tailored to your needs. The requisite details encompass:

1. Design Specifications: Kindly specify the desired dimensions for the design.

2. Timeframe: Please indicate the desired timeline for the completion of the design project.

3. Complexity Consideration: For intricate designs that necessitate additional time and attention, a proportionate   allocation of resources will be made.

4. Customization Requests: In the event that specific colors, images, or fonts are integral to the design, we kindly request samples thereof to ensure accurate incorporation.

5. Image Assets: Clients are encouraged to communicate whether they will be providing the requisite images for the design or if we are required to source them.

Review and Approval:

Upon completion of the design, we shall promptly present the project for your review. Your meticulous scrutiny and feedback are pivotal at this juncture. In the event that enhancements are warranted, we gladly provide a revision mechanism.

Subsequent to a thorough review, formal approval is requested. This greenlight signifies your contentment with the design's final form. Please be aware that any lingering discrepancies post-approval shall be the sole responsibility of the client; any liabilities on our part shall be excluded.

Pricing Structure:

Our design services predominantly entail a range of options, including print services. The client must first determine whether they desire the design exclusively or with associated printing.

Prior to initiating any work, we request clients to establish the design charges. These charges are commensurate with the intricacy and time invested in the design creation process. A pre-payment of the design charges is requisite prior to the release of the finalized design. For clients seeking monthly social media posts, payments are due by the 7th of the ensuing month. Payment can be facilitated via bank transfer or mobile payment methods.

Failure to effect payment by the 7th will result in the suspension of the design posts by the 9th. It is imperative that clients indicate the specific social media platform(s) for which the design is intended, such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.
